Have you ever been tempted to create a pleasing shape from a piece of wood, using tools which have barely altered since the bronze age? Blending handwork and thought, where what you might carve is really made, not just touched in passing.

John can offer courses to suit every ability – from the complete beginner to the more advanced. We also offer courses on tool sharpening. Weekend Courses take place at Ness Botanic Gardens Cheshire.

EVENING COURSES WIRRAL STARTING SEPTEMBER 2021

This workshop is ideal if you have ever wanted to have a go at wood carving and would like to find out more about what is required to learn this ancient skill.
