Rice God Restoration

This wondertful old chap needed some serious TLC, he was full of holes and fissures, especially on the top of his head. Most of the colour had faded way. He is now happy and well in his new home.

This piece of work was commissioned for the Queen’s Jubilee and was installed in St. Helen’s Church, Sefton, Liverpool.

All fabrication work was done by Steven J. Casey, cabinet maker, and all carving by John White Woodcarving.
